Nope. Sorry. Usernames can’t be changed in the interests of system data integrity and security.
I think I may have a problem with gambling, what can I do?

How can I self exclude?
Go to the ‘Responsible Gaming’ section and you’ll find a ‘Self-exclusion’ tab. You can self-exclude by selecting the ‘Block my account’ button.
What happens when my self-exclusion period is up?
INT: Your account will automatically unblock when any self-exclusion period expires.
UK: Unless you specifically choose not to renew your self-exclusion, it will remain in place for another 6 months. If you do choose not to renew it, you will be given a one day cooling-off period before you are able to access our gambling services.
Can I cancel my self-exclusion?
INT: If you are really sure that you want to cancel your self-exclusion, you can contact our support to take a positive action to gamble again. You will be given 7 days cooling off period before you can access gambling facilities.
UK: You won’t be able to cancel your statutory self-exclusion before the end of the chosen period.
