BLACKJACK LEAGUE

1. The promotion is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on the EnergyCasino website and are aged 18 years or over (or min. legal age, depending on the region) and only have one account with EnergyCasino, as per the general terms and conditions found on-site.
2. Should EnergyCasino discover a player with multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void.
3. This promotion is valid from 19:01 (CEST) on 30.06.2024, and 18:59 (CEST) on 29.09.2025.
4. This is a Pragmatic Play network promotion. By participating in this promotion, the player agrees that EnergyCasino will provide details to Pragmatic Play in case of winning.
5. Players residing in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, and Italy ​are excluded from participating in this promotion.
6. The Blackjack League Network will run on the selected participating Live Blackjack tables and will include (in total for the duration of the Network Promotion Term):
   • A total of 91 tournaments will run daily on selected Blackjack tables with a minimum stake of €5 to €10 (each a “Bronze Blackjack Tournament”);
   • A total of 91 tournaments will run daily on selected Blackjack tables with a minimum stake of €25 to €50 (each a “Silver Blackjack Tournament”);
   • A total of 91 tournaments will run daily on selected Blackjack tables with a minimum stake of €100 (each a “Gold Blackjack Tournament”);
   • A total of 91 tournaments will run daily on selected Blackjack tables with a minimum stake of €1000 (each a “Privé Blackjack Tournament”).
7. The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is €3,185,000.
8. To participate in any Promotion during the Network Promotion Term, players must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
9. For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Promotion shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion(s).
10. The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.
11. Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed cash amount.

MECHANICS

1.  Each promotional day within the Network Promotion Term includes 4 distinctive tournaments dedicated to a specific stake range of Blackjack games/tables: (i) Bronze Blackjack Tournament; (ii) Silver Blackjack Tournament; (iii) Gold Blackjack Tournament, and (iv) Privé Blackjack Tournament.
2. In order for players to be eligible to participate in any Promotion, a real money minimum bet is required: Bronze Blackjack Tournament €5 – €10; Silver Blackjack Tournament €25 – €50; Gold Blackjack Tournament €100; Privé Blackjack Tournament €1,000.
3. The minimum bet requirement may vary within the above-stated range depending on a particular Blackjack table minimum stake. 
4. A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible to score on the leaderboard on the following conditions:
5. Only Base Main Bets and Base Bets Behind (as defined below), which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria, may be considered for any Promotion.
   • A base main bet shall be defined as the initial bet a player places at the beginning of each round, before splitting hands or doubling up.
   • A base bet behind shall be defined as the initial stake placed on Bet Behind by a player at the beginning of each round. 
   • Bets behind shall be defined as Best Hand, Insurance and Blackjack.
6.  If a player places any Base Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind, which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria, together with Side Bet(s) (defined below) within 1 game round, only such Base Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind may be considered for the score calculation. 
   • Side bets shall be defined as Perfect Pairs (Perfect Pair, Coloured Pair, Mixed Pair) and 21+3 (Suited Trips, Straight Flush, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush) (“Side Bets”).
7.  In the event of a player taking multiple seats at a Blackjack table, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win (as defined below) across all seats together will be considered towards the score calculation.
   • A "qualifying win" is defined as a positive outcome of one game round following the placement of a Qualifying Bet. 
   • If a player places multiple Base Main Bets and/or multiple Bets Behind on a participating table, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win will be considered for the score calculation. 
   • If a player places a bet and splits the hand, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win across the split hands will be considered for the score calculation.
8. Qualifying win is calculated as total win (win + stake of the winning bet) across all seats divided by total bet across all seats taken by a player. If a player receives a win (win + stake of the winning bet) within 1 game round that is exactly equal to one time of the total Qualifying Bet, the game round will not be considered for the score calculation.
   • If a player has a consecutive win streak and receives a win (win + stake of the winning bet) equal to one time (1x) of the total Qualifying Bet, the Consecutive Qualifying Wins (as defined below) streak will be paused and remain at the same number and shall resume as soon as the player starts placing Qualifying Bets again.
   • Consecutive Qualifying Wins streak is defined as a sequence of Qualifying wins by a player without any losses occurring between them.
9. The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the participating games/tables. The prize table updates in real time, showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
10. Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games/tables.
11. In order for players to rank on the leaderboard during a Promotion, a minimum of 2 Qualifying Bets followed by two Consecutive Qualifying Wins are required for points awarding

Bronze Blackjack Tournament, Silver Blackjack Tournament and Gold Blackjack Tournament mechanics:

1. The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the total points received by the player for consecutive in-game wins on a Qualifying Bet as defined below: 
2. A minimum of 2 Consecutive Qualifying Wins achieved after placing 2 Qualifying Bets is required (For illustrative purposes only: player places a bet of €10 and wins €20, which equals 2 (the total win amount including the stake is divided by the stake amount to achieve a number) (20/10=2) and the player initiates the winning streak.
3.  The point distribution for each Qualifying Win is awarded to players as per the table below. 1 Consecutive Win - 10 points; 2 Consecutive Wins - 20 points; 3 Consecutive Wins - 50 points; 4 Consecutive Wins -100 points; 5 Consecutive Wins - 200 points; 6 Consecutive Wins - 500 points; 7 Consecutive Wins - 1,000 points; 8 Consecutive Wins - 2,000 points; 9 Consecutive Wins - 5,000 points; 10 or more Consecutive Wins - 10,000 points.
4. In the event that 2 or more players finish a Bronze Blackjack Tournament/Silver Blackjack Tournament/Gold Blackjack Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

Privé Blackjack Tournament mechanics:

1. Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Privé Blackjack Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.
2. The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the total points received by the player for their highest consecutive win streak on a Qualifying Bet (hereinafter each a “Highest Consecutive Win Streak”) during a Privé Blackjack Tournament period.
3. In order for players to be placed on the leaderboard, a minimum of 2 wins in a streak is required.
4. Only one single biggest win streak should be considered for a single player. If a player has two or more-win streaks during a single tournament, only the longest streak with the earlier date and time of the last win in this streak (closer to the tournament start date) is considered for player’s rank on the leaderboard.
   • Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
   • Player 1 has a consecutive win streak of 10, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 21:15:09; and a consecutive win streak of 9, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 20:07:11;
   • Player 2: has a consecutive win streak of 8, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 22:10:14;
   • Player 3 has a consecutive win streak of 10, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 20:33:09. 
   • 1st Player3* - Score 10 
   • 2nd Player1**- Score 10
   • 3rd Player2 - Score 8

* Player 3 has a higher position because their last win in the highest win streak was earlier than Player 1’s date and time of the last win. 
** Player 1’s “9” score from the consecutive wins streak is not considered for prizes in this tournament and not displayed in the leaderboard because Player 1 has a bigger “10” wins streak.

5.  In the event that 2 or more players finish a Privé Blackjack Tournament with the same number of wins in the streak, the player who achieved their last win in the winning streak closer to the tournament start date will have a higher position on the leaderboard.

BRONZE BLACKJACK TOURNAMENT: 

1. Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the Consecutive Wins criteria.
2. Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of twenty-one thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 21,000) in total, an expected daily prize pool of three thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£3,000) across two hundred and fifty (250) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

1. Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the Highest single win streak criteria.
2. Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of seventy thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 70,000) in total, an expected daily prize pool of ten thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£10,000) across one (1) prize in the form of fixed cash amounts.
3. Prizes: 1st: €10,000 Cash.
4. Participation games: Privé Lounge Blackjack 5, Privé Lounge Blackjack 4, Privé Lounge Blackjack 3, Privé Lounge Blackjack 2, Privé Lounge Blackjack 1.
5. Cash prizes will be credited to eligible players within 72 hours following the end of the relevant promotion, and the winners will be informed via email or On-site Messaging System.
6. Cash prizes do not have any wagering requirements, and players are able to request a withdrawal immediately.
