ENERGY SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The promotion is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on the EnergyCasino website and are aged 18 years or over (or min. legal age, depending on the region) and only have one account with EnergyCasino, as per the general terms and conditions found on site.
2. Should EnergyCasino discover a player with multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void.
3. Should EnergyCasino discover a player with multiple accounts, Tangible Prize purchases will be denied.
4. Whilst this promotion has no end date, it is valid for all EnergyCasino customers who have placed a real money bet at EnergyCasino.
5. Irregular gameplay may affect eligibility.
6. Crediting may be delayed for up to 48 hours, in the unlikely event of downtime due to technical issues.

ENERGYPOINTS

1. Customers will earn EnergyPoints when placing real money bets on Casino games.
2. A game's rate expresses the percentage of 1 EnergyPoint that a bet of €1 generates (or currency equivalent).
3. All games generate points at a rate of 20%, except Deuces Wild – 1% and all Table games, Live Casino games, and Video Poker – 1%. 
4. EnergyPoints can be converted to cash or be exchanged for Free Spins / Super Free Spins / bonuses at the EnergyShop.
5. Funds exchanged from EnergyPoints have no wagering requirement.
6. A minimum of 100 EnergyPoints are required to convert points to money or purchase items at the shop.
7. Every 100 EnergyPoints are converted into €1 (or currency equivalent). When converting, leftover points that are not spent remain in the customer's EnergyPoints balance.
8. ECB rates apply for currency conversions from EUR.

1. Customers will receive their Free Spins automatically upon completing their purchase.
2. Customers can customise both the value and the number of Free Spins, depending on the amount of EnergyPoints points they have available.

3. The Tangible car prize: BMW, M5, 2023 MY. Car colour: yellow.
4.  The Tangible prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.  
5. EnergyCasino will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize to the winner's address as soon as possible. However, in the event that transportation of the car to the winner's location is not feasible due to logistical constraints or any other unforeseen circumstances, EnergyCasino reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value or arrange for the winner to collect the prize from a designated location.
6. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other expenses associated with accepting and using the prize.
7. By purchasing Tangible Prizes, the person agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities regarding the promotion as requested by EnergyCasino, without any additional compensation.
